Salt Spring Kitchen Co. specializes in small batch artisan preserves. Melanie's jams are hugely popular and sought out at our Saturday Market. She has recently started to sell her jams in retail locations off island so it was time to rebrand the company and have a label designed with nutritional standards and French translation.
